The Group Inc. has been the top-producing real estate company in Northern Colorado since 1976. Several years ago, a housing boom in the region and a rock-solid reputation led the firm's sales volume to grow exponentially. Unfortunately, their outdated software systems couldn't keep up with the demand. The Group used three legacy systems to manage and track its real estate transactions. The existing technologies were cumbersome, requiring several layers of duplicate entry. In addition, the system was affecting the performance and productivity of the firm's agents and administrators.

Squarei Technologies was approached by The Group for the development of a custom, comprehensive system to manage real estate transactions in one place. The Squarei team worked closely with The Group to learn their business and determine the requirements for the new system. CorePath, the cloud-based web application, was built from the ground up over several months. Squarei converted records into one new comprehensive solution from the two highly complex legacy systems and several other databases. The new system was developed for optimal user experience and was built on one of the most secure and reliable architectures.
